If you suffer a loss during normal business hours, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you. One of our brokers will explain the impact, if any of reporting a claim in your particular circumstance. We will advise you of the claims process and what to expect and then the claim will be reported to the insurance company on your behalf giving them all of the information they require to look after you. We will follow up to make sure an adjuster has been assigned to look after you and that you have been contacted in a timely fashion.

Please contact the appropriate insurance company and they will have after-hours or emergency claims staff available to help you.
